Booking Policy.

24 Hour Cancellation

To ensure fairness and availability for all clients, I kindly require at least 24 hours notice for any cancellations or changes. Appointments cancelled within 24 hours of the scheduled time, including same-day cancellations, will be charged in full.

Before Your Lash Appointment

Come with clean lashes — no makeup, mascara or oil-based products on or around the eyes.

Before Brows & Skin

Arrive with a clean, product-free face. A patch test is required 48 hours before brow lamination, tinting or skin treatments if it's your first visit.

Before Lip Blush

Avoid caffeine, alcohol and blood-thinners 24 hours before. A short consultation will happen at the start of the session.

Lash Aftercare

Keep dry for 24 hours. No mascara on extensions. Brush daily with the spoolie provided and sleep on your back where you can.

Brow & Skin Aftercare

Keep newly laminated brows dry for 24 hours. After hydrafacials and microneedling: no makeup, SPF daily, and no heat or saunas for 48 hours.

Infills & Top-Ups

Lash infills every 2–3 weeks. Brow lamination lasts 6–8 weeks. Lip blush includes a complimentary top-up 6–8 weeks after your first session.
